Over the years, garage door sizes have become bigger. Bigger car booming (like SUV, which require wider doors compared to a mid-size car) is most likely to be the cause of this phenomenom. Most manufacturers of garage doors have catered to the need for wider garages. Some manufactures developed their own standards for certain car models, although there is a uniform size for garage doors. It will be worthwhile to contact these companies to find out what they can offer.

It is important to check on the different door sizes, doesn’t matter if you’re buying a new house, renovating an exsisting one, or just want to make some improvement on the current home.
